About Pilates
 
Pilates is an exercise of both the mind and body, which helps develop core stability, muscle control, strength, and flexibility.  Pilates is a strength and flexibility workout program that incorporates elements of posture restoration, breathwork, and resistance training, and it also helps improve coordination and balance. The Pilates' system can be modified in difficulty and intensity, so it is a great training option for all fitness levels.

Sessions are conducted on our Allegro 2 Pilates Reformers, with attached Tower of Power, Exo Chair and Core Align machines.  The Pilates Reformer helps to improve posture, balance, and stability.  It focuses on alignment, while also enhancing muscle engagement. “A true powerhouse workout for your abs, lower back, hips, and glutes”. 

 

Personal Training Sessions, Tandem Sessions and Group session options are available in both 60-minute and 30-minute formats.

One-on-One Sessions:

60 min/30 min sessions:

  • 1-4 sessions = $65/$51each

  • 5-9 sessions = $62/$49 each

  • 10-19 sessions = $60/$47 each

  • 20-29 sessions = $57/$44 each

  • 30-39 sessions = $53/$41 each

  • 40+ sessions = $49/$38 each

 
 
Tandem Sessions:

60 min/30 min sessions:

  • 1-4 sessions = $46/$37 each

  • 5-9 sessions = $44/$36 each

  • 10-19 sessions = $41/$34 each

  • 20-29 sessions = $38/$32 each

  • 30-39 sessions = $36/$29 each

  • 40+ sessions = $33/$27 each

 
 
Group Sessions:

60 min/30 min sessions:
