personal training

Each program is designed to each individual’s specific needs.  Personal Training sessions are the most effective way in ensuring the exercises implemented are dictated to each person’s goals.  We structure exercises and build a program that will ensure each person is set up for success. Both 60-minute and 30-minute sessions are available.

60 min/30 min sessions:

  • 1-4 sessions = $60/$47each

  • 5-9 sessions = $57/$45 each

  • 10-19 sessions = $55/$43 each

  • 20-29 sessions = $52/$41 each

  • 30+ sessions = $49/$38 each

Tandem training

Have a spouse or a friend that shares similar fitness goals?  Tandem Training is a great way to grab a workout partner and train towards the same goal!  Workouts are structured to accommodate both team members. Both 60-minute and 30-minute sessions are available. 

Tandem 60 min/30 min sessions:

  • 1-4 sessions = $42/$34 each

  • 5-9 sessions = $40/$33 each

  • 10-19 sessions = $38/$29 each

  • 20-29 sessions = $35/$27 each

  • 30+ sessions = $33/$25 each

Small Group

Training

Have a group of friends you want to train with? Would you like to train as a family? Small groups are a great way to workout with fitness-minded people like you! Small groups are structured to fit the goals and needs of the group.  Groups that are formed and running now include:  Golf Training Small Group, Athletic/Sports Training Small Group, and several family small groups. 

60 min/30 min sessions:

  • 1-4 sessions = $32/$23each

  • 5-9 sessions = $30/$21 each

  • 10+ sessions = $$28/$19 each

boot camps

Functional fitness training at its best! These classes provide a different blend of fitness using battle ropes, free weights, bands, stability props, and your body weight! The classes are set up for all ability levels as there are modifications available for each exercise.  Bootcamps are 45 minutes in length and are designed to keep your heart rate up and body moving during the duration of class!

Unlimited classes - $94/month

Class Times:

MWF - 5:30am-6:15am, 12:00pm-12:45pm

MTTH - 5:30pm-6:15pm

S - 9am

pilates reformer

Sessions are conducted on our Allegro 2 Pilates Reformer machines.  The Pilates Reformer helps to improve posture, balance, and stability.  It focuses on alignment, while also enhancing muscle engagement. “A true powerhouse workout for your abs, lower back, hips, and glutes”.  Personal, Tandem and Group session options are available in both 60-minute and 30-minute sessions.

60 min/30 min sessions:

youth training

Youth training is for kids 13 years of age and under.  Whether its training for a specific sport, event, activity, or just staying active and healthy, these sessions help introduce kids to the proper way to perform movements and learn how to exercise while having fun!
